Hey, My names Vip and I've been doing CrossFit for over a year now. I used to be that guy that was at 24 hr fitness or Balleys and loved it, but soon began to lose interest in it. I wanted something more challenging, more fulfilling, and thats when I found Crossfit! Crossfit has prepared me physically, and mentally for all that life has thrown at me.
