Wasnt able to make it to the box, but was able to Front Squat at work on Lunch Break.

Also completed the "Hero" WOD named "Brenton" named after SPD officer that was killed on duty.

Five rounds for time of:
Bear crawl 100 feet
Standing broad-jump, 100 feet
Do three Burpees after every five broad-jumps. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

Just went all out hard for this one, no time.
